Realme 9i Official with 90Hz IPS LCD Display, Snapdragon 680 and more

Realme has finally launched the Realme 9i in India. Realme 9i is the first phone in the Realme 9 series to be launched in India. In this Post, we will discuss all the rumors and leaks surrounding the specs, features, launch date, availability and expected price of Realme 9 Pro.

Display & Design

Realme 9i will  Sport with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution. It will have also support for a 90Hz refresh rate and also and boasts a brightness of up to 480 nits features. At the build quality design, there has Glass Front, Plastic Frame and plastic back. The Realme 9i  has a cutout design on the upper left side that housing a selfie camera.

At the back, Realme 9i has features a rectangular camera that houses a triple camera setup and a LED flash. The device is measure in 8.4 mm thick and a weight measure in190g. Moreover, it has "Realme" branding at the base left corner and has a plastic design at the back.

Camera

As for optics, The Realme 9i has features a triple camera setup on the back, which will 50MP primary camera accompanied by a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there has a 16MP selfie shooter confined inside the punch hole.

Talking about the videography aspect, both the rear and front cameras videos up to 1080@30fps.

Performance & Storage

Moving on performance, The Realme 9i device packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset which based on 6nm manufacturing process. The Octa core 6nm chipset features with four Kryo 265 Gold clocked at 2.4 GHz frequency and four Kryo 265 Silver clocked at 1.9 GHz frequency. For graphics handling here we get Adreno 610 GPU.

As for memory, The device comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There is also a dedicated MicroSD slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. Further, This device ships with Android 11 based on Realme UI 2.0 out of the box.

Battery & Connectivity

Realme 9i will pack a 5,000mAh battery that support of 33W fast charging. The Company mentioned that the 33W fast charger charge the 5,000mAh battery 0 to 100% in 70minutes.

For Connectivity, there is 4G, Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, microSDXC (dedicated slot), Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go, Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, compass, stereo speakers and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Realme 9i has available in india. It's Price starts at INR 13,999 for 4/64GB variant. & INR 15,999 for 6/128GB Variant. This phone will be launching soon in Nepal, most probably in February 2022. We expect the price of Realme 9i in Nepal at start from NPR 25,000 when it launches here.
