Samsung Galaxy M13 launched with Exynos 850, 50MP triple cameras

Samsung has announced a brand new budget smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy M13. It is the successor to the last year's Galaxy M12. This phone offers Full HD +, 50MP tri-camera setup and more. Display & Design

The Samsung Galaxy M13 features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel along with an Full HD+ resolution. Similarly, Like most budget Samsung phones, it also has the traditional V-Shaped notch at the front for the selfie camera.

Talking about the Design, The phone measures 8.4 mm in thickness and weighs 192 grams. The phone features a semi-glossy plastic back with a rectangular triple camera island at the back. The phones available in three color options: Deep Green, Orange Copper and Light Blue.

Camera

As for the optics, Samsung Galaxy M13 flaunts a triple camera setup led by a 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. Accompanying this is a 5MP ultrawide and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the front, there’s an 8MP f/2.2 camera sensor inside the Infinity-V notch for selfies and video calls. Talking about the video recording capability of the device, the both rear and front camera are capable recording videos up to 1080p videos at 30fps.

Samsung Galaxy M13 powered by the Samsung's Exynos 850 chipset based on a 8nm manufacturing process. The chipset features an octa-core CPU with maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz core. Similarly, the Mali-G52 GPU handles the graphics.

As for memory, The phone is available with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage paired with a sole 4GB of RAM. Furthermore, On the software front, it boots on Android 12-based One UI Core 4.1.

Samsung Galaxy M13 packs a Li-Po non-removable 5,000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. The phone has an side mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics and Samsung Knox for added security.
