Xiaomi India recently launched the Redmi Buds 3 Lite wireless earphones alongside the Redmi K50i 5G under an event. The phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 8100, 144Hz refresh rate and a 5,070 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. So, let us look at the specifications, features, availability and expected price of the Redmi K50i in Nepal.

Display & Design

The Redmi K40S flaunts 6.6" FHD IPS LCD panel AMOLED panel with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 10-bit color depth. The display also has support for a 144Hz refresh rate that can be adjusted between 7 different levels depending on the content on the screen. Similarly, The display also supports Dolby Vision and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Furthermore, its LCD panel is of the Fringe Field Switching (FFS) variety, which help to improved picture clarity, higher peak brightness, wider viewing angles, and increased battery efficiency.
At the design, the Redmi K50i looks like as similar the Poco X4 GT. It sports a flat-edge design with a slight curve at the back. Likewise, The phone measures just 8.9 mm thick and weighs 200 grams. Moreover, The device is available in four different color options: Stealth Black, Quick Silver and Phantom Blue.

As for the optics, The Redmi K40S features a triple camera setup at the back, led by a 64MP Primary camera, It is accompanied by an 8MP Ultrawide lens and 2MP Macro sensor. Similarly, Up front there has a 16MP selfie camera which is confined inside the center aligned punch-hole notch.

As for memory, The device comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Furthermore, it ships with MIUI 13 based on Android 12. It has a 2268mm2 vapor chamber with LiquidCool 2.0 and 7 layers of graphite construction to keep temperatures under control.
