iQOO TWS Air Launched with 14.2mm drivers, low latency mode
iQOO recently unveiled the iQOO TWS Air – its first gaming TWS – in China alongside the iQOO Neo 7 smartphone. In this article, we will know the specifications, features, availability and expected price of iQOO TWS Air in Nepal.
iQOO TWS Air Overview
Design
The iQOO TWS Air has a two-tone black body with yellow accents. The charging case has a thin yellow ring, which when opened reveals the yellow interior. The earbuds are a semi-in-ear design and look similar to standard AirPods.
The iQOO TWS Air is IP54 rated for dust and water resistance. The shape of the charging case is very ergonomic and it weighs only 39 grams. Buds are light at 3.5 grams each.
Features
iQOO TWS Air features 14.2mm bio-carbon fiber moving coil composite diaphragm drivers and a high-magnet NdFeB magnetic circuit system for audio. It also features Golden Ear Acoustic Lab tuning and DeepX 2.0 stereo effects.
Connectivity
As for the connectivity options, The earbuds combine dual microphones and AI call noise reduction algorithms to deliver clear sound during calls. Because it's a gaming TWS, it has a low latency mode that can reduce latency to 94ms. It uses Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity and supports quick pairing as well as dual connectivity.
Battery
In terms of battery, iQOO TWS Air offers up to 4.8 hours of playback time which can be extended up to 25 hours with a charging case. The case houses a 430mAh battery and each bud packs a 29mAh battery.
The Charging time for the case via the USB Type-C port is around 140 minutes. Similarly, the buds charge from 0% to 100% in about 60 minutes. iQOO TWS Air also supports fast charging, with a 10-minute charge providing 1.5 hours of playtime.
